Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip and any promotional gifts received.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our studio inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
